We offer group lessons for those why would like to work on their FUNdamental skills in a team environment. We will combine drills and training methods to improve body mechanics, speed, shooting form as well as positioning on the court. We will also have competitions within some of the training sessions.
Our small group training sets us apart from others who offer basketball skills training. Features of our program include:
- Skill Specific Training:Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are similarly skilled. - Small Groups:We form the groups, no more than 6-7 athletes in a group. We generally maintain smaller groups when training less skilled athletes.
- Session Format: Each 1-hour session will consist of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, defense and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game.
- Flexible Schedule:Once you select and sign up for one of our training packages (see below), you will have access to our online scheduling where you will be able to view and sign up for training sessions. During the summer our training hours are Monday-Friday from 9am until 6 or 7pm. We try to offer one or more sessions for each level in the morning and one or more sessions for each level in the afternoon/evening. During the school year we train Monday-Friday from 4-8pm, Saturdays in the morning/early afternoon and Sundays late afternoon. We usually offer one or more sessions at each level each day.
